Arrange With Grace (“we”, “us”) provides funeral arrangement report tools at arrangewithgrace.com. This policy describes how we handle information when you use the site and related services.

Information you provide

When you generate a report, you may enter details about a deceased person, family contacts, service logistics, and related notes. That content is used to produce the report and PDF you request. Treat it as confidential family information inside your funeral home’s own policies.

Payment information

Payments for Unlimited and Beta plans are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to checkout data.

Technical data

We may process limited technical data such as device fingerprints used only to enforce free monthly usage limits, server logs, and standard hosting analytics available through our infrastructure providers (including Cloudflare and our application host).

Cookies & local storage

The site may use browser local storage for access tokens, usage helpers, and preferences required for the product to function. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

Usage and access records may be retained as needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, and fulfill paid entitlements. Funeral case content should be stored in your own professional systems of record.

Children

The service is directed to funeral professionals, not children under 13.
