Professional responsibility
You are responsible for verifying all content before sharing with families or filing in case records. You must comply with applicable funeral industry regulations, privacy laws, and your firm’s policies when handling personal data.
Accounts & payments
Paid features (including Unlimited and Beta — Your Business Logo Imprint) are offered subject to successful payment via Stripe and any stated limits. Prices are in USD unless otherwise noted. Monthly subscriptions renew according to the Stripe checkout terms until canceled.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the tool for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
Site design, branding, and software are owned by Arrange With Grace or its licensors. You retain rights to content you input and reports generated for your professional use, subject to these terms.
